「We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. 」

「We were very disappointed on the experience. First, trying to contact the hotel ahead of time is a frustrating experience with automated phone systems and ai. When we got to the room, and went to bed, we found women’s underwear still in the bedding. The restaurants and bars on the property are average food and average service for the price. The furniture is a bit run down. This place was way too much for what you get. And the cleanliness was disgusting.」

「We stayed over a weekend where there were multiple youth sports going on. The amount of noise in the hallway at night with kids being allowed to run around, up until about 2am, was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When we complained to the staff, we got a one-hour later check out as a "comp." We literally did not sleep the entire 3 nights we stayed. These kids were also allowed to do whatever they wanted to in the lobby and on the elevators as staff just watched. They were sliding...

「The breakfast area was nice. They serve dehydrated eggs though. The lobby was a great meeting spot and offered food at the bar until 10pm. The gym had free weights and cardio machines. "Marriott Hotels have always been my first choice for travel because of their excellent service and clean rooms. However, during this stay, there were two days when workers were hanging outside my window, talking and working. On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools. I was very tired and needed rest, so I declined the front desk’s suggestion to change rooms “after 8:00 a.m.” I completely understand that hotel maintenance is necessary, but if guests could be assigned to rooms away from active construction, it would feel more considerate. This way, I wouldn’t be woken up so early and have my whole day affected by a bad mood."
