"Room was what was needed, comfy bed, decent shower and you can control the lighting from the bed. The staff atbthe front desk were friendly. The parking is a bit annoying as you have to parl in B&Q car parl rather than out the front which made it harder with baby stuff. Would stay again. "We loved that we were welcomed from first entering the hotel. Maria and Bethany, the receptionists not only offered ice creams and pastries, but gave us lots of tips on making savings at local restaurants and shops by showing our room keys. The disabled parking was full so we parked in Gunwharf Quays and the hotel picked up the tab, great. The room was a good size with the usual teas and coffee but there was also another coffee machine at reception with hot chocolate, cappuccino, latte etc...

"The room was in a small house called the cottage which was nice with all the facilities we needed. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we were near the front door, so could hear people coming in out during the evening. It's worth getting there earlier in the day if possibe as it is on street parking with a permit provided at check-in, and there we no spaces left closer than the other end of the street."
