「Highly recommend. Gorgeous, central location overlooking the main Plaza and church tower. Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. I also loved the rooftop gourmet breakfast and well-stocked honor bar. Such a thoughtful place to stay.」

「The most serene and peaceful place to stay. The reception we received was warm and genuine. The whole team are lovely. I cannot fault anything at all about our stay. The WhatsApp welcome message the day before we arrived was a nice touch, especially when asked did we want parking for €15 per night, yes please I replied. The next message was to say it was booked and complimentary courtesy of the management. Amazing from start to finish !」

We were thoroughly satisfied with the 3 nights at La Vieja Botica: - different daily quality breakfast, locally sourced (not forgetting Tracey's signature marmalede), fresh and tasty; by the olive's wood fireplace - modern and fully furnished room, extremely comfortable bed with an ever important door that opens out (able to continuously air the room is a huge plus) - spot on location for the el saltillo hike - just few steps away from the starting point」
