"Staff was excellent, hotel is a bit out dated. However transportation to and from universal parks was excellent. We stayed two nights which was perfect for our trip, however needs a bit of upgrades "

"Clean room, good location, airport is nearby, safe. This is my second time staying! Highly recommend. The bed is 100% comfy. Only noise will be the airplanes departing but that’s ok for me but i don't know for you."

"Our ac was broken, our door broke so we couldn't get inside it, we had no windows that opened in our room, theres no working ice machines, one of the elevators was broken the whole trip so it took forever to get down from the top floor, their was construction on the beach that ruined any relaxing, you had to pay for beach chairs in their private beach area even though we paid to be at the resort, and we found cockroaches in the hallways. Overall we are very disappointed in our stay. "
