"I must say this property was one of the nicest places we stayed as we continue our road trip. And all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. From check-in where one person helped corral the luggage cart and get it to our room to the front desk staff (there were several) who answered all the questions we had."

"I usually stay in Navy Yard, but decided to try something different. The staffer at check in was not helpful and unwelcoming. My flight was delayed so I checked in after midnight. When I asked about food or drinks, he said there were no places open. I googled it when I got to my room and found an assortment of places still open and within walking distance. Not sure if the other guy that was there was security or the bellboy, but he was acting like he worked for the FBI. Didn’t say anything or help with my inquiry. He just shook his head to what the front desk guy said. Otherwise the hotel had great cleaning ladies and the day time staff were awesome. I’d stay here again."
