"No manuals how to work the TV. When reported to the desk she was overwhelmed with checking in other customers. Should have been more than one person there. However upon check out the man who was updating the rooms or cleaning them was extremely pleasant and helpful. After the desk complaint about the TV and the AC not working properly whomever, possibly a Mike, all was working when we returned to the hotel after gambling."

"Spacious room for a family of 5 to share. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. The shower doesn't drain well. My only complaint about the hotel is that the cleaning staff uses Fabuloso which for me is is overwhelmingly scented. I'm glad they do such a good job cleaning but but I wish the used something less perfumed."
