「Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. That e-mail should be in advance for clear instruction. 」
