Small room but everything was just clean. We slept well despite having a family of 5 in cramped space. Kitchen was well furnished. All-in-one W/D works but took a long time for one load. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Building felt secured and convenient to JR. Would stay again.

Very clean rooms with polite and helpful staff. Only thing TV and washing machine doesn't have any translation but overall a very pleasant experience.

Stayed here for 5 nights in Tokyo. It’s very centrally located and a close to countless restaurants and bars and several train stations. Hotel room was a little small and the bed was too hard for my liking, but otherwise room is clean and up to standards. Free sake bar in the evenings. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped me call my next hotel to ensure they could accept my forwarded luggage. Overall a pleasant stay.
