"It is close to shops, you can walk to the stadium, air conditioning and heating were working, hot water was running cold and we had to leave it running for a while before we could get hot water well not even hot, the floor looked dirty, the blinds were broken and nobody cleaned our room while we were there, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and they gave me the ones you step on them, we just slept in. I stayed there before a couple years ago and it wasn’t anything like this "

"The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room "
