“A fantastic stay yet again. I have stayed here the last few years while attending a conference. All the staff were great and amazing selection of food for breakfast and for late night snacks. I will be back again next year”

“Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other……

“The location was extremely convenient for me as it was around the corner from my daughter. It is also walking distance to several cute/nice restaurants, a Walgreens, and a bus line. The room was clean. They accommodated my request for a late check out. The breakfast was good. Saw a rat on the patio, though I suppose that can't be helped in a city.”

“We had requested for a 2pm checking but they gave us the room at 4pm and the normal checkin time is 3pm. Also the next day they did nit clean the room and we had requested that the beds and bathroom needs to be cleaned. They cleaned the room but left. Soaking wet towel on the bed. Little disappointed with our stay.”

“Staff was so professional and polite, however the elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor…. They did take us up to our room with our bags in the service elevator however it was stairs anytime we wanted to leave the property during our stay. Not tragic situation, but also not ideal. Also, the gym was closed for renovation so I guess using the stairs made up for that, lol. Definitely wasn’t a terrible stay but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Great location to Wrigley and Lincoln Park. Really appreciated the close proximity to parking and the $35 rate, very reasonable for city parking.”

“The location is perfect, ideal for party and celebration in bar and getting to know Boystown. The bathroom area and bed very clean and comfortable. *Uncover the closets in the room for convenience of storing suitcases and travel items. ——————————————————————— La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para pasar días de fiesta y de conocer boystown. El área de baños y cama muy limpias y cómodas. Cosas a mejorar: Desayuno (9am solo quedaba cereal para desayunar) Desocupar los closet de la habitación……
