In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, just steps from Vannes and at the entrance to the Rhuys peninsula, discover our bright 50 m² apartment with stunning views of Lake Noyalo! Located on the upper floor, it features a living area with kitchenette, dining space, and rattan sofa, a bedroom with en-suite, plus an additional room with a convertible sofa bed. Two bathrooms and two toilets provide added comfort. All rooms open onto wooden terraces (about 30 m²) facing the lake or pool. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. A Nespresso machine (capsules for your first day provided) and a classic coffee maker (A4 filters) are available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels; linen rental is available on request for an extra fee. Stroll through the 7,000 m² park by the lake or relax on the private jetty—perfect for reading, fishing, or enjoying your catch (fishing permit required). The heated outdoor pool is shared with guests of the other apartment and the owners. Nearby, you'll find two bakeries (one organic), a gourmet restaurant, and a pizzeria/brasserie. Parking is available on the property, and a shared bike storage room is provided. The GR34 hiking trail passes right by the property, and cyclists can enjoy 200 km of trails around the Gulf. Bike delivery and pick-up at the property can be arranged with a local company.
