"We arrived at 430 and room was not ready we finally collected our room key at 630pm and the room air conditioning didn’t work so we spent the night outside of sheets totally burnt because it was so hot when you spend $300 you expect air conditioning and at least a check in on time The area of the hotel was not the best either but we managed to get out without any harm"

"We were disappointed withe condition of the room. The bathroom sink had lots of cracks, the floors were chipped in a number of places. 4 beers and 2 burgers were $128. Euros, ridiculous. The price of the room did not equate with the condition of the room. When we checked out were charged for premium internet, no one told us. Will not recommend this hotel. I know that no one will call us about this."
Hotel Des Arts Paris Montmartre

"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). They even helped carry our very heavy luggage all the way to & from our room on the top floor (after taking the elevator to the fifth floor, there is still an additional winding staircase, & they handled it without hesitation). Our room was impeccably clean. While it wasn’t large, the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail more than made up for the size. The L’Occitane toiletries immediately added a touch of luxury & made us feel pampered! The bathtub was wonderfully spacious, the shower had excellent water pressure, & there were plenty of hooks & shelves for towels and toiletry bags, also a heated towel rack. The room itself was equally thoughtful. Individual reading lights above the beds allowed me to read comfortably while my daughter slept. Throughout our stay, we noticed countless little touches that showed how carefully the hotel has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Combined with its fantastic Montemartre location, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! Nice air conditioning too!"
Geographotel Paris - Roissy CDG Airport

"The hotel is fine and located a few miles away from CDG airport. What I didn't like is the shuttle service, which is announced to be free but you should call a given number when you arrive at the airport. Well, I've called, then called, and called again, and nobody picked up the phone. I finally called a Uber (12 euros). When I've arrived at the hotel, I talked to a girl waiting in line with me for the check-in, who had had exactly the same experience. Nobody answered her call for the shuttle. We both looked with astonishment at the two guys seating by the shuttle and smoking and chatting while they were supposed to pick us up. By the way, the shuffle the day after, to go back to the airport, didn't work either, because the "last departure" is at 9am (and my flight was scheduled in the early afternoon). So, consider there are other hotels in the area: if this one is slightly cheaper, don't give it priority because you'll have most likely to add 20 euros in the budget for your Uber cars."

"A spacious apartment very convenient for Eurostar links local eateries and exploring Paris. Recommend L Ete en Pente Douce just a short walk for great food and very friendly staff."
