Very cute house at the lake! Clean with plenty of space to watch tv/eat/cook. It had everything we needed (extra blankets, fans, stocked kitchen, and more) and only a few minutes from the marina, grocery store, etc. We had a small hiccup with the AC not working and had to wait for it to start up again but the host was quick to respond. Would recommend and/or stay again!

Wonderful property. Everything you might expect to have at home was available. Even spices and flour. Very close to the nearby boat ramp and Theodosia Marina at Bull Shoals Lake. Dollar General and a local grocery store in town for any last minute supplies. There is no doubt I will stay at this property again if I am back in the area.

Super clean, very welcoming and felt like home! Quiet street and comfy beds! We have a support.dog that I wish we were able to bring since the yard is fenced. We would love to be able to make this our reoccurring rental but will have to maybe stay elsewhere due to not being able to bring the dog. Which we understand completely. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it if you need a quiet night or two away!
