“We chose this hotel because it's located inside Hot Springs park We are glad we did.The park is beautiful and the " down town" is within walkable distance. The hotel itself is a little older, no elevator, some peeling paint etc. But the rooms were clean..The beds and pillows comfortable..The staff was great.. We liked that the hot tub at the hotel is fed by the same water that is available at the springs We will stay here during our next visit to Thermopolis”

“The brown sheets and brown towels are a negative, it is hard to know if the sheet and towels are clean! It was decorated cute. It did need some maintenance.”

“This was a decent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Check in was clunky. No on-site staff, so everything is via phone; Filling out vehicle info, uploading drivers license, paying deposit online then waiting for a code to get into my room was not what I was expecting when I booked. Cost was reasonable, just be aware there's a little extra work involved in getting your room.”

“Hotel was full, breakfast was not sufficient for everybody. Pool was not working. But loved the hotel, room, the whole area, the ambiance of an older place”

“The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine ”

“It is an old motel but well maintained for it's age. Very reasonably priced. Good parking.”

“The staff was great very friendly, easy check in and check out. Great size of room, really appreciate that there was, plenty of space for all our stuff, a microwave, mini Fridge and, small table with chairs inside the room. The location was great easy access to everything. Would stay again!”

“Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. ”
