「The hotel itself felt run down, with out room having a broken shower head and toilet roll holder. The receptionist seemed unhappy to help although the restaurant staff and managers were all lovely. The food was disappointing as we went during the end of season the hotel was not as full- therefore the batch cooking often meant left over for various days including meats and fish that would be served 3-4 days after cooking and the food often not fresh and over seasoned to compensate. 「Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!」
