Dhula Bagh is a landscape garden of Dhula Thikana. an estate in the kingdom of Jaipur. Glamping on the ancient grounds amidst the family shrines (seen in the background) was an amazing highlight of my recent trip to India. A short walk from Dhula Bagh is the village of Dhula Raoji. If one arises early, you may see camels being driven to pasture by ancient herdsmen in traditional garb, women carrying water pots to the village well or prayers being sung at the local temple. Enjoy a swim in the refreshing pool, and know that a stay here provides jobs and income to the local Village, ancestral home of the owner's family. #lifeatexpedia
