2. Four Mile Beach
Four Mile Beach is the main beach in Port Douglas and, as its name suggests, the sandy stretch runs for about four miles (6.5 kilometers). 3. Skyrail Rainforest Cableway Station
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway takes you on a journey over the pristine World Heritage-listed tropical rain forest north of Cairns. Glass-encased gondolas ferry up to six people at a time over the canopy, above Barron Gorge and down into the rain forest. The rail spans 4.6 miles (7.5 kilometers) and takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours return.

4. Clifton Beach
