Bon rapport qualité/prix
Bon Hôtel, agéable et surtout idéalement placé au centre ville. Parking payants à proximité mais prix trés raisonnables Seul point à signaler, l'isolation acoustique n'est pas super si vous avez des gens bruyants dans les chambres adjacentes ou des enfants qui courrent et crient dans les couloirs

Agréable séjour mais un peu bruyant
Chambre spacieuse et agréable personnel très agréable et efficace. L’isolation des fenêtres est à revoir c’est un peu bruyant en donnant sur la rue.

Molto deludente
Camera molto sporca, moquette polverosa e con tante macchie. Accanto ad una poltrona abbiamo trovato addirittura un calzino sporco. Molto deludente.

Buongiorno cara signora, caro signore, tutto il team del Best Western Plus Thionville desidera ringraziarvi per aver dedicato del tempo per darci la vostra opinione sul vostro ultimo soggiorno nel nostro hotel.Le nostre cameriere sono professioniste di lunga data e hanno un occhio per i dettagli. Quindi mi sorprende enormemente quando dici che la stanza è polverosa, e ancor più che possono "dimenticarsi" di raccogliere un calzino steso sul pavimento...Spero di darvi il benvenuto di nuovo molto presto nella nostra struttura per dimostrarvi che il nostro hotel viene mantenuto quotidianamente. Fijn hotel. Ideale locatie voor tussenstop. Je kunt gemakkelijk het centrum in lopen vanaf het hotel en parkeren onder het winkelcentrum. Kamer was erg netjes en goede WiFi. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Friendly Staff,Clean Rooms and Enjoyable Breakfast
The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was a reasonable size and clean. The breakfast offered fresh orange juice and was enjoyable. However, there was a discrepancy in the advertising, as the hotel lacked a swimming pool and rooftop access.

Good evening,The staff is thankful for this advice you gave us however, we dont have any swimming pool in the hotel and its not written on any site rooftop is only accessible when the weather grant it and those last weeks it was not the case. We still hope to see you again at the best western hotel

Gentili e cordiali, complimenti al personale
Bell'hotel, personale simpatico e gentile. Posizione centrale in centro. Poche indicazioni su come parcheggiare prima dell'arrivo, ma si trova posto anche fuori. Un pò caro!

bonjour J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour un We en amoureux. J'ai choisi pour son SPA et Salle de sport. Cependant tous était payant. C'est indiqué nul part. 30euros par heure pour le SPA. Le pommeau de douche est tombé pendant ma douche.Il y a eu des puces de lit.

Bonjour,tout d'abord, nous souhaitons vous informer qu'il est bien indiqué que nos équipements spa sont en supplément.ensuite, lors de votre arrivée nous vous précisons que nous sommes à la réception H24 pour une quelconque demande ou un éventuel problème; vous comprendrez que nous ne pouvons pas résoudre le soucis rencontré si il ne nous est pas remonté. Concernant les punaises de lits,une société intervient tous les mois et nous faisons un contrôle toutes les semaines.En vous souhaitant une agréable journée,Arnaud du Best Western Plus.

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel, la chambre était jolie mais comportait quand même quelques défauts (pommeau de douche qui fuit, robinet de l’évier qui a du jeu et la chasse d’eau des toilettes qui ne tenait presque plus), j’avais également réservé pour une chambre avec vue sur côté cour intérieure et j’ai obtenu une chambre avec vue sur la rue. Dans l’ensemble ce fut une bonne expérience malgré les quelques désagréments, la literie est confortable, le personnel est accueillant et la chambre était bien isolée.
