The staff was very helpful and the property very well maintained. I would whole heartedly recommend staying at Limfjorden! The description also matched what was received which was not the case for other bookings. This place does not falsely advertise.

Check-in: we came and we could not check-in, reason? unknown, had to came later, we had appointments that we had to be in time for. Staff could say allow when guest enters the hotel.

Great location and friendly staff
An overall great hotel with a good location and friendly staff. The room was clean and with all you need, nothing fancy or any extras. Good wifi. Breakfast was good, however no scrambled eggs and bacon but lots of other nice offerings. A recommendable hotel.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Room was pretty comfortable and the restaurant was very good. Could have done with better curtains as it got light very early.

Comfortable Hotel near to the Thy national park
We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast included the normal Eurpean fare, rolls, soft boiled eggs, cheeze, granola etc, but was of higher quality than most The rooms are decent sized and ours had a lovely view of the lake (fjord). We found it a very convenient home base for exploring NW Denmark and would recommend it to all.

Modern comfortable and clean
Rooms very small but comfortable and clean. Wonderful view from breakfast room. There were quite a few dinner parties that weekend, so we didn’t dine at the hotel.

Good Clean Hotel in Denmark's Northwest
I enjoyed my stay at this Danish chain hotel and I found it quite calm and relaxing. Unlike other reviewers I found the staff friendly and helpful in all respects. There seemed to be a regular flow of bus tour passengers but that really did not disturb us. At breakfast there was a good choice of food including healthy options. The hotel is well placed for exploring the wonderful coast of northwest Denmark.

Dont even consider it!
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff (but one older woman in particular) were unattentive and didnt even acknowledge our presence at the desk. The rooms are majorly outdated. No bathtub. Not even a shower tray so when you shower the water is everywhere at the sink around the toilet bowl. Theres not even a kettle in the room. There was no adapters and the staff weren't helpful with this either as we had UK plugs which is obviously our problem. When we returned back to our room on the final night I was greeted with a pair of mens speedos in our bathroom. I was not impressed. The staff inmediately came and removed them but why were they there in tbe first instance. Then on checkout we were asked to pay for alcohol that we had not taken. We disputed this and never paid for the so call charges. Safe to say ill never be staying here again and if i can save you from making the same mistake. thats great.

Needs sprucing up
I was greeted in the late afternoon by a kitchen worker who gave me precious little information upon check-in. The location is a ways out of town so don't expect to walk in. The room had a french door that opened to the outdoors but no window. When we opened the doors to get some fresh air we were bombarded with mosquitos. Everything seemed a bit past due for some sprucing up, given the price, although the dining room has a really nice view and the breakfast buffet was adequate.

Lovely location - needs some TLC
Hotel is in a good location, at the end of Thisted. Overall, the hotel was clean and sufficient for our needs but is desperately in need of an up-grade. Carpets worn on stairs, and bathrooms/ showers are basic to say the least (plus not very warm). Quiet hotel though, overlooking the fjord which was beautiful. Very convenient if you have business in the local area, and are looking for somewhere to lay your head but not for a long stay.

Well sited, Clean and Comfortable with a wonderful Staff! I was very impressed with the Management and Staff, and all my expectations were pleasantly exceeded. Owing to the press of time, I was unable to make use of some of the extensive facilities offered by the Hotel, but for value, comfort and cleanliness, this Hotel Limfjorden might have equals, but certainly no place is better! I recommend it highly.

Listen er lang:-( Restaurant unden mad. Slukket radiator. Koldt Kun lunt vand i brugser. Gulvvarme virker ikke. Morgenmad OK. Til næsten 1000,- pr nat. forventer jeg ikke et koldt rum og bad. Jeg forventer også at restauranten har mad til dem som bor der.

Et hotel der tydeligt bære præg af at det er gået i vinterhi. der var tydeligvis ikke meget personale på arbejde, receptionen var ikke bemandet efter 18, og jeg kunne ikke afregne tidlig morgen da der ikke var mødt nogen ind. til alt held have jeg et job i Thisted og kom derefter tilbage ved 17.30 tiden, men her var receptionen også gået hjem, og tjeneren havde travlt med et selskab (forståeligt nok), så jeg kom tilbage kl. 22.30, da tjeneren var færdig, og han var så flink at tage mod betalingen
