“We absolutely loved our stay. What a wonderful staff from the super sweet valet, desk people, and the bartender (with long hair) were absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is the bartender that is tall with short hair, he was incredibly rude to people and needs additional training. I am in marketing and thought he really was a liability to what otherwise was such kind people. ”

“We struggled with parking in front of the hotel, which was all paid spots until we discovered that additional pay parking was available in the back of the building in a large pay lot. Nice rooftop bar with gas fire pit seating. Fitness room with Peleton bikes. Cool, funky decor. ”

“Great hotel option for downtown Asheville. Easy walk to dining and bars. The staff at this location were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and happy to be there. I call this out because it was so refreshing! Our room was spotless and almost sterile which is great for a pet friendly hotel. Parking was easy as well. The nice touch award was the eucalyptus shower steamer pod available in the morning! Will come back. ”
