Not clean. No a/c. Musty smell in lower half of the home. Sewer gas is venting into the home with inadequate plumbing. Window glass was dirty and window sills had been full of dead bugs and dirt.

Family get away
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Mountain Resort! There was something for everyone!! The house was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. The location was great and close to many attractions including a short drive to Traverse City and all it has to offer and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The guys in the group enjoyed the golf course right at the property and everyone especially our 1 year old grand daughter loved the water park. We had pizza from a local establishment and played putt putt golf that was right in Thompsonville. Would recommend this property to anyone from a couple looking for a weekend get away to a family looking for a week long of entertainment

Great location, close to the slopes for skiing. Set up of rooms was perfect for 2 families of four- the kids loved the bunk beds and that there were games/toys to play with. Loved staying here!

This was a great place to comfortably accommodate 11 of us. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher wasn't working. We did enjoy the campfire outside, the variety of games inside, and wonderful big table for meals. We'd choose this place again!
