I hope Vrbo starts to indicate who administrate the houses, because I will never more rent a house administrated by Vacasa.
The check in was good, the house was as expected, but the issues we found, communication and response to our requests were simple terrible.
The dishwasher was bronken with all dishes inside, some plates and cups. It was stinky and we had no dishes available.
We contact Vacasa at check in and request a new dishwasher or someone to clean the old items, since it should be part of cleaning to leave all dishes clean at least.
They promised to replace and contact us in the day before. At noon in the second they, we had no contact and called Vacasa again. It was informed that dishwasher won’t be replaced.
We asked for at least somone clean the items left in the dishwasher and authorized them to enter in the house, since we were out.
Again no contact during the remaining day, when we returned at 5pm, we found all as we left and no dishes available. We called Vacasa again and they said that they were missing authorization to enter the house, that we had given and they never contacted us back.
Nobody contacted us back or return, we simple bought plastic dishes for the weekend. About the fact we had no dishwasher, they promised $20 back per day (so far, we didn’t receive and it will be better someone to clean items)
In the end, lessons learned, Vacasa never more!
