「My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience.
The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
