If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the nastiest, most unprofessional places I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic customer service was too much to ask. Apparently, knocking before barging into a guest’s room is too difficult for them. The hypocrisy was unbelievable. They had the nerve to complain about the smell of bacon traveling through the hallways, yet somehow had absolutely no problem with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and weed throughout the property. Make that make sense! On top of that, the supposedly non-smoking, non-pet rooms had pet hair and smelled like smoke. So what exactly are guests paying for? A clean room? Basic privacy? Common courtesy? Because this place clearly doesn’t offer any of those things. And let’s talk about the false promises. They advertise an 11:00 AM checkout but start pushing you out the door by 10:00 AM. If checkout is at 11, then it’s at 11. Guests shouldn’t have to feel rushed out an hour early because the staff can’t respect the time they advertise. They also claim breakfast is included, only for you to find out that it isn’t. Stop advertising things you don’t actually provide!

Common courtesy? Because this place clearly doesn’t offer any of those things. The rooms were disgusting, the staff’s attitudes were even worse, and the entire experience was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve dealt with rude people before, but the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism here was something else entirely. Save your money and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of places that actually understand cleanliness, privacy, and customer service. This place clearly doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last place available. Absolutely pathetic.
