Construction work began in 2022, 2023 near the chalet. (to the left of the Route de Pignet and the chalet, no impact on the view which remains clear on the mountain)

10 minutes walk from the center of Thônes and its shops, in a wooded and peaceful area, view of the mountains of La Tournette, Lachat and La Dent du Cruet.
The chalet has a terrace, an open garden, two private parking spaces

On the ground floor :
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room area with a sofa bed for 1 person, (coffee table, TV)
- Laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
- Independent toilet
- Bathroom: walk-in shower (hair dryer)
Upstairs :
-1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (cupboards and chest of drawers)
-1 bedroom under the slope: with 2 single beds (90x190) (which cannot be pushed together)
Household linen not provided (possibility to rent sheets and towels)

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, possibility of cleaning option

You can admire wonderful landscapes both in winter and summer, explore the mountains, the lake, crafts and local gastronomy. The Thônes valley is the cradle of Reblochon and chevrotin. .
