Chalet Les Roses des Alpes is an OVO Network property. Sleeping 8 adults in four double bedrooms (3 can convert into twins), with two bathrooms, the chalet is unusually light and spacious.

This comfortable and spacious chalet comes with all the practicality and convenience you would expect from a modern family, pets friendly home in the mountains.

It has spectacular views of the valley and mountains on all sides, and is a perfectly situated for exploring both Lake Annecy and the Aravis/Tournette mountains.

Thônes is a picturesque Alpine town in the heart of Reblochon country. Just minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, it’s perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports. In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, swimming, canyoning, and more — with stunning Annecy only 20 minutes away.

There is a second balcony on the ground floor, ideal for sunny breakfasts, and a large South-facing terrace with hot-tub leading on to a large flat garden and a lovely pétanque course.

When it’s cold outside, the best place to be is gathered around the log fire, though hardier types can always grab a blanket and a glass of mulled wine and enjoy star-gazing from the terrace.

Please note the owners live in the apartment in the basement of the chalet, with their young dog Siena (Italian Spinone). The apartment has its own independent access. Although we accept dogs at the property, pets must not be left on their own at the chalet to avoid any damage, without prior consent from the owner. Thank you for your understanding. Cats are not welcome at the property. There is a stream that runs through the garden, which is generally dry in the summer months. IMPORTANT : please note that parties are forbidden at this property

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
