“communication was very timely. Location was good - quieter than we thought for being above a store on the main street. Internet was atrocious and didn't get fixed during our stay. “The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. ”

“We checked in at 4 pm and left for dinner to blue mountain village only to be notified during our dinner that our reservation is cancelled and we must vacate the premises ! After over an hour in the phone the situation was fixed only for us to receive another cancellation notice at 8:30 pm again. It was a terrible and stressful experience to be told to leave after checking in!”
