“Great host, Great house, Perfect location”

“This is the second time we have stayed at the house and we again found it to be very comfortable and fun. It had all the facilities we needed and the host was so easy to deal with. ”

The property had everything we needed and was very easy to access and communicate with owners .The drive up was a little steep, but totally worth it for the beautiful views once you arrive. It was so nice to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet, with the added bonus of hearing the local wildlife and birds. A really lovely spot for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Paula .”

“Enjoyed the stay”

“The house was well set up and cosy. The firewood however was damp and wet; lucky we bought our own kindling and fire starters (there were none), so this wasn't a problem in the end. Safety switch for power points tripped twice; we found that the double power point in the main bedroom of which one side didn't work. This aside the house represents excellent value for a family of seven.”

“Nice house with kangaroos out front”

“Great location, walking distance to Jamieson town centre ”

“Down the steep driveway with my trailer was a feat, but what welcomed us was a country property with fantastic views of the lake. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces set the atmosphere, and kept the children working and warm! The kitchen and lounge areas were great for our home cooked meals, plus the oil heaters to keep us warm of a night in the middle of winter. Having the pontoon was a convenience for our short term fishing boat hire, which we thank you for, though the lake was only at 52% we……

“A great place to create memories with the family, and a short trip to the snow. We stayed with 9 friends and family, and there was plenty of room for all. The host was responsive on all my silly questions. My little one tells me this morning she wants to live in this house, not ours.”
