“Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE……

“We were in NOTL for the Icewine Festival and had a wonderful stay with this property. It's a very short walk to the icewine village on Queen Street, the room and the view of the lake from our room were fantastic, and breakfast was super tasty. Mary-Clare was very helpful and prompt with replying to my messages/ questions about check-in and parking. We especially appreciated the early check-in without any extra charges. It helped us settle in much sooner and plan our weekend better as we were……
