"The house was great. The only thing was that the home theater projector burnt out the first night. This was the reason we chose this house actually for our event.Additionally, the hot tub filter needed to be replaced and the TV situation is confusing. Xfinity remotes all around, but no cable boxes in sight, just the Rokus."

"House was very well kept for its age. It worked for what our group needed. Plenty of space for a group of 10. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because we had to shovel the snow ourselves on the driveway edge, sidewalk, and porch so that we didn't track snow all through the entryway. I understand the owners live out of the area though, so this is really on the property management company, especially since the snow was there for weeks before our trip."

"Great girls wkend away! The keyless entry worked as designed and the house set up was perfect--so much so that given the weather we were cool chilling at the house instead of venturing out to see the area! We spent time crafting, playing games, catching up, cooking, and hot tubbing! The house was big enough if you wanted space to yourself yet so cozy and comfortable for the four of us to hang out together. The kitchen was much better equipped than your average rental (although a couple tupperware containers for leftovers would be helpful). The furniture was very comfortable and the beds firm but comfy. The hot tub was one of the nicest I've ever used--the cover on it was so easy to open up and close again. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Easy access to lots of fun things. About 25 minutes from Wisp and 10 minutes to the closest market. Good layout for the house. The 8th bedroom is accessed through the garage. The only downside was that the house had no toiletries or anything left when we arrived. They provided only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher pods which ran out very quickly with 20 people. We weren’t expecting a lot, but it would have been nice not to have to immediately go out and buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and salt. It’s the little touches!"

"The home was beautiful. Perfect size for my family. We needed all the space and it was a time well spent for Christmas. We loved the home. It had more than enough cooking sets, plates and cups and the cooking ware was of great quality. It even had the home decorated for the holidays so it was perfect. Nothing needed to be changed. "

"Overall, the stay was great. We had some weather related incidents happen, none of which was the host's fault. The pipes were frozen when we arrived. The host immediately called me when I messaged him. He contacted a plumber who was supposed to come and remedy the issue. However, there was some confusion between the plumber and the host about getting inside and the plumber never got inside to do any work. Thankfully, that evening after stocking up on jugs of water to be able to use the toilets, we heard one of the toilet tanks start to fill. The pipes thawed on their own. On our second day, the power went out from about 5am to noon, and the internet was down the whole day. The wifi was pretty spotty the entire stay. However, all of these things can happen when staying at a cabin in the woods. We made the best of our stay and enjoyed the beautiful snowy view of the lake from the house and from the hot tub. It was everything we were looking for during a little winter getaway. We would definitely stay here again, and hopefully we will next winter!"
