"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"

"Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all."

"Friendly and always helpful staff, great slide for kids infants/primary age, in house kids spa so hair braiding/nails can be done for a descent price while you can stay in hotel but rooms are great and large for price. "
