Comida muy buena y servicio rápido. El hotel está en renovación, pero la construcción no molesta la estadía. Quiero destacar a **Evelyn**: excelente, muy amable y servicial, siempre disponible. Me recibió muy bien y me hizo sentir bienvenida con un trato personalizado. También agradezco a **Angel**, que fue muy servicial y me ayudó con un pequeño problema de agua en mi habitación, y a los recepcionistas **Adriam** y la señora que me ayudó a reservar una excursión, quienes fueron excelentes también. En general, todos fueron INCREÍBLES RECOMENDADO!Definitivamente Volveré! **Inglês:** Great experience at Hotel Tropicana. Very kind staff, always available to help, cozy place with a beautiful view by the pool, lots of peace and tranquility. Very good food and fast service. "Edwin was very communitive always there for any questions along the way. The apartment is large with air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, The kitchen is well equipped. Other guests and owners are always friendly. Jose at the front gate is always helpful with restaurant suggestions and any questions, Fully gated safe parking for guests and deliveries. Pool is well maintained. Some building deferred maintenance is on going but not a negative.I saved over 100 for a 3 day stay that I would have paid with a 1 bedroom room at a local hotel. With the money I saved we were able to pick up dinners and cook breakfasts for a lot less then hotel options. The Aquarium Nationale is a short 2 mile Uber ride and definity a nice family outing for a few hours."
