"I am disabled and am dependent on the use of 2 crutches. The room they put me in did not have easy accessibility to the swimming pool. I could not climb the stairs to access the pool and it was really far and difficult for me to access the old building to reach the pool so I could not fully enjoy my stay. Also, the street noise was something to contend with. The other thing I did not like were the prostitutes at the Legends Sports Bar across the street. I TRAVELED WITH MY young kids so this was awkward to explain. Other than that, it was enjoyable."

"We enjoyed our stay at the rex immensely. Would highly recommend it. Great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar really good above and beyond The spa was wonderful. Also many high end stores with a great variety of beautiful clothing and accessories."

"Very clean and well maintained hotel with excellent staff. Very helpful front desk and going extra miles to please . Close to airport 7 minutes drive and good shuttle service for $4:00 one way. I would definitely recommend it and will stay again ."

"A two bedroom apartment. It was on the 33rd floor. The apartment was very clean, and was furnished with cookware also. I telephoned the host on arrival and they came very shortly with room keys. They messaged me everything I needed to know about the building. They messaged me during my stay just to make sure everything was ok. Checkout was simple. I left the keys on the counter and sent a photo of them. I will definitely stay here on my next trip. Thank you."

"The room met the needs of me and my family. Everything was comfortable and spotless. We got a two bedroom suite with two washrooms. The facilities were perfect. The kids loved the pool and we made use of the gym. There were 5 elevators so it was never a wait. We didn’t get a chance to try the food bit the prices seemed reasonable for a hotel."
