"Das Gästehaus liegt ca 500 m vom Haupthotel entfernt. Für unser Appartement wurden 2 Doppelzimmer mit Küche und separatem Bad zusammengelegt, die mittels einer Tür als Appartement dann eine komplett abgeschlossene Einheit bilden. Es war alles für den Aufenthalt in einem Appartement vorhanden. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Wir haben im Restaurant des Hotel zu Abend gegessen und können dieses ausdrücklich empfehlen. Service und Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. "

"For my last night on the road on the way to Frankfurt I thought I would stay at a traditional German pub/pensione and so this was it. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying closed until the 1 March at 5.30pm. The whole place was shut up and chairs were on the tables inside the pub. "Pros: Das Appartement war im 2. Obergeschoss gelegen und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bädern und einem Wohnzimmer. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und der Schrank verfügt über eine Beleuchtung, so findet man alles wieder. In einem Schlafzimmer ist noch ein Fernseher. 10/10 Excellent

"From the free water and free breakfast (and 5E credit towards a "welcome drink"), this value-conscious hotel delivers comfort and convenience to the road-weary traveler. Front desk staffed by at least one fluent English speaker, generous breakfast buffet with leisurely weekend hours. Spacious bathroom with walk-out shower. Parking adjacent to hotel. After a week of Air BnB key exchanges and post-stay clean ups, it was nice to stay in a real hotel for a change. The restaurant had a series of eight colorful (abstract-ish) portraits that caught our attention. When none of the other guests could identify the subjects, we checked with the front desk, who promptly gave us the information we wanted: The "Kunst faces" of the Bauhaus movemet (early 20th century) included Wassily Kandinski, Walter Gropius, Gertrud Arndt, Paul Klee, Laszio Mohly-Nagy, Gunta Stolzi, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Lyonel Feininger, and Brund Taut.
