“The hotel staff were amazing, they supported me being through a very difficult time, very kind and respect my situation. Reception staff were super helpful for all information I required. Speically big thanks to breakfast buffet manager Mr.Pu and his assistant Ms.Zhang, who welcomed my family every single morning, assisted us for the food and beverage. We feel heart filled, respected and supported during our stay. I sincerely appreciate all their support, care and respect!”
