“Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. “It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! “Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……
