La Casa del Medianero is a carefully restored traditional Canarian house that combines rustic charm and modern comfort. It is located in the quiet village of Macher, in an ideal central location to explore both the north and south of Lanzarote. Perfect for couples, small families, or travellers seeking an authentic and relaxed stay, away from mass tourism.



The Room

The room José has a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a shower. It includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap).



Air Conditioning

The air conditioning is included and is available exclusively in the bedroom. It works in both cold and heat modes and is configured with standard settings to ensure thermal comfort and efficient energy consumption. The system is centrally managed through our internal application, so it does not have a remote control. It continuously maintains an average ambient temperature of 24°C throughout the year.

Swimming pool hours:

April – October: 09:00 – 19:00

November – March: 09:00 – 18:00



Living and Kitchen Area

The living area features a two-seater sofa and a double sofa bed, suitable for an additional adult or two small children. It includes a Smart TV, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and fibre optic WiFi (~65 Mbps), ideal for streaming or remote work.

Exterior Spaces

Both the rooms and common areas have pleasant outdoor spaces with tables and chairs, with views of the garden, patio or pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the climate of Lanzarote.



Location

Macher is a quiet and authentic village in the south of the island. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are about 15 minutes by car. Nearby are supermarkets, local restaurants, petrol stations and church.



Arrival and Access

Access is digital and keyless through the Hoomvip application, which also includes the mandatory digital check-in according to Spanish regulations.

After completing the check-in, you will receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, island recommendations and contact information.

Check-out: before 11:00



Cleaning and Bedding

Included are sheets, bath towels, pool/beach towels, and kitchen cloths. For stays longer than a week, a complimentary cleaning service is offered, with bed linen and towel change and light cleaning.



Optional Extras and Services

Baby Pack (upon request and at additional cost): travel cot, high chair, bedding, blanket, towel, portable bathtub and children's crockery.

Massage in the accommodation for one or two guests (at additional cost).

Breakfast box for two people, upon request and subject to availability.



Car Rental

We collaborate with a local company that offers free cancellation, comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometres, second driver at no cost, and delivery/collection at Lanzarote Airport (T1).
