About this property
Modern, spacious apartment with Wifi, Air Con and U.K. TV in Puerto Del Carmen
- Well maintained 1 bedroom apartment with a furnished patio area just a few steps away from the communal pool. The apartment itself offers an open plan living / dining area and full kitchen with all the appliances you might need including a four ring hob and oven and a full size fridge freezer.
The spacious lounge offers a large L shaped sofa and is air-conditioned for your comfort. You can enjoy a range of UK and Irish TV on the large flat screen, or if you prefer to settle down with a movie we provide a DVD player with DVDs, complimented by books and magazines.
The bedroom offers comfortable beds, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. A free safe and a hairdryer are provided.
You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The complex is quiet, with just 18 apartments so there is always ample room at the poolside. There is a supermarket just over the road from the complex and ample parking space should you need it. The complex over the road allows the general public to use its restaurant and bar, should you prefer an evening closer to home.
