Patio doors lead from the shaded terrace to the open-plan living space, filled with colourful soft furnishings and comfortable sofas. On one level you'll find a living room, complete with a smart TV, whilst three steps lead you to the kitchen area, fully equipped with a dining table and a further cosy seating area. Designed to mimic a traditional barn conversion, this room is filled with charm, with a beamed ceiling and a rustic kitchen. If you want to keep on top of your laundry, theres even a utility room with a washing machine. In total theres four spacious bedrooms, two are ensuite whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a sunken bathtub.
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 11 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 127cm wide. Around the poolside is flat, however there are 3 steps to the BBQ area. Overall, the terrace can be uneven in places. The path to the poolside is only 88cm wide at its narrowest. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 3 steps to from the lounge to the kitchen/dining area. The double bedroom door is 68cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 58cm wide.
