Privacy by Design
The villa comfortably sleeps 2-8 people in 3 king bed master bedrooms, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. For maximum privacy, the bedrooms radiate out from the central living space. At Coral Beach Villa, you can always count on exclusive access to all the villa amenities, including the pool area. Peace and Tranquility
Enter the small private estate through a distinctive stone gate off the main road, enjoying views of palm trees and lush, tropical foliage along the private winding driveway as you approach the villa. Nestled away from the main road and far from neighbouring homes, you can delight in the 2 ½ acre property and stroll the rocky coral beach looking for seashells or treasure

Large Pool Deck
Live and play outdoors with over 2000 square feet of deck space. Try your hand at cornhole, with regulation sized boards and bags ready to play on the pool deck. Unwind on the Bali daybed in the shade of the gazebo and take in views of the waves, the pool, and waterfall. Teak chaise loungers are the perfect spot poolside to stretch out and enjoy a good book

Rinse off in the open-air glass mosaic shower while taking in the Caribbean Sea view. The pool features a curved bench seating at the shallow end (3 ft) and a tanning ledge at the deep end (5 ft), so there is ample space for relaxing in the water and cooling off on hot days

Star bathing exists on a whole new level at Coral Beach Villa, due to the lack of light pollution, as the property is 500’ from the road and 250’ from the closest neighbor. At night, lay on the chaise loungers to relax and marvel at the abundance of stars twinkling in the night sky as your cares melt away

Sustainability/Eco-tourism
Your comfort is assured with "whole house" cooling in any season with the 5-ton central AC in the villa. Although the villa is connected to the local energy grid, most of the villa’s energy comes from the sun. With 36 solar panels on the roof and a large battery bank to store energy for evening use, we’ve taken a big step toward being more eco-friendly and sustainable

Room for Everyone
All bedrooms have private ensuites. Two king bedrooms have pool and ocean views and 1 large king bedroom (which can be set as 2 twin XL beds) has garden views. The garden bedroom and ensuite are wheelchair accessible and there is room for an additional 1-2 single hotel cots if needed, based on your needs. For larger groups, simply add the adjacent 1 bedroom Cottage to sleep an additional 1-4 guests. Inquire re: rates

Culinary Delights
Prepare meals while taking in the view of the pool and Caribbean Sea. The granite kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar with four barstools, super fast induction range, ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven, Breville convection toaster oven, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. Outdoors, a propane BBQ is the perfect spot to prepare your catch of the day or juicy steaks or burgers. The choice to dine indoors or outside under the large covered patio is up to you

Entertainment
Villa comes equipped with free WIFI, Chromecast Ultra streaming, and a wireless JBL sound system. TVs are set up in each bedroom and villa living room to stream content from your own devices using the Chromecast Ultra system. A desk area with water views is ready for those needing to get a bit of computer work done. Past guests have commented on the fast speed of the Internet service, with multiple devices connected simultaneously, ideal for working or streaming movies online. A wireless Orbi mesh system increases the range of the WIFI throughout the property, including the outdoor patios, and a battery backup ensures 4 hours of WIFI connectivity in case of a temporary grid power failure

Mobility Friendly / Wheelchair Accessible
Villa is accessible for guests using a walker, wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid. The villa has cement walkways outside and pavers on the pool deck making it easy to wheel around. The home is accessible without using stairs. Entrance doors are 36” wide, as are the doors to the Garden bedroom and ensuite. Large spaces for wheeled mobility devices to turn around (the smallest door in the villa is 32”). The Garden Ensuite bathroom has a roll-in shower, roll-under pedestal sink, ADA towel bars, and space for easy transfer to the right-height toilet. We built our villa with accessibility in mind because we believe making our home accessible benefits everyone
