「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

「很近離車站 接待很客氣 可習戰爭 沒其他旅客 不熱鬧」

「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. 「The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.」

「awesome architecture and character」

「Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out」

「Long time to check in」

「Very poor lighting...TV very difficult to use. Had to take elevator up 1 floor to get to check in」

「The view is pretty good and the room is also quite comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful on answering the queries. The breakfast also has quite a lot of choices. But the window frame has blocked the view for a bit and its location is not convenient if you are not driving.」

「Very well presented, good location and I think overall good place to stay.」
