Better than expected in Tickfaw, LA

Above average lodging in Tickfaw.The good:1. Close to Hammond, where our event was located. Great location, secluded from the rest of the area.2. Everything was clean, beds were neat and towels were ready. Furniture was nice and in great condition.3. Wifi was fast and easy to setup. For a business trip this was a great "home base" for the night. Roku TVs in each room was nice as well.Not great:1. Property could use some TLC. An exterior shutter was blown off and in the yard. There was some water or termite damage to the back door.2. Smoke alarms had been removed from the ceiling in each room and just the wires were hanging.Overall, minor quibbles aside, this was a great, relatively modern little rental unit which I would utilize again next time work calls us to Hammond.

Nice place to stay

Was a perfect place for the family to stay while we were in town attending a wedding. Condo was relatively clean with the exception of some of the kitchen and bathroom. Overall no problems though with anything in the condo. Was awesome to have the space of a small apartment at the price of a hotel with our toddler.

Quiet place

This place is quiet and nice. Need a get away this is it nice spacious rooms, living, nice and up to date applications, television in all the rooms.
