"Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. "

"The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. "The home is quite charming, clean and efficient. Location was great! Just an fyi. If you’re planning an overnight stay, be prepared to carry all of your luggage . No cart rentals until may . No way to explore the island . Would be a great idea if the house offered a bike rental or cart rental to guests."

"We had stayed at Ocean Sands Resort several times in the past 15-20 years. Units are beginning to look very ran down and dirty. Balcony is nice size but it also needed cleaned. Thick dust on the ceiling fan, carpet and floor tiles were both stained. Refrigerator had scratches and dents on the outside. Unit was a good price and the staff was friendly and helpful but we will definitely stay somewhere else on our next visit to VB."

"The stay was wonderful the room was clean the staff was friendly and the view was beautiful. I only had 2 small things that should be easy fixes on room 701. The one is tension on the room door needs adjusted so it closes easily with out pushing or pulling it closed. The second is the hinges on bathroom door need adjustment so that the bathroom door closes when someone is doing a number 2. The restaurant on your property has several young men on staff that are very green and no obvious restaurant experience, Being a tourist town that is common is low scale restaurants so no biggie for that. Yes my wife and I look forward to returning in the future to your property and I have no problems recommending your hotel. Thank you "
