“Bar had a strong selection of beer and wine, the pool was clean, and the arcade was a great touch. My 4 year old Nieces said it was "the best hotel EVER".”

“Staff was the best”

“The view of the river was awesome. Everything was walking distance. From morning coffee at The Mill to the golf course to the marina at night for dinner. All amenities were very convenient.”

“While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“This property has the poorest WiFi I have ever experienced and the cell phone reception in that area is also terrible. The night staff could never be found and the morning staff doesn’t arrive until 9:00AM. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. ”

“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. Clean it up. Also when I went inside to let them know I had arrived and got my keys I inquired as to the……

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front.……

“I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean, large, beds comfortable, bathroom and two sink areas were convenient. The deck was overlooking a pond and a nice place to relax after walking the restoration area. Being close to the hotel and restaurants was perfect. And, the staff were exceptional. ”
