「We had a room for the pullout sofa, and unfortunately, there was no bedding for the sofa. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice it until late in the evening and called to get some, but took over an hour for the bedding to show up and at that point it was already too late. The person sleeping on the sofa already had to make do with just a blanket that was available. We asked for some bottled water at the same time which showed up promptly, but the bedding from housekeeping took way too long.」

「We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!」

「These rooms are like small apartments above the restaurant but you can't hear any noise at all unless you have the sliding door open and people are eating outside, the views are wonderful and the food downstairs is great! The only drawback is that there is no elevator」

I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

「Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops.」

「Very nice B&B, warm and inviting. Comfortable bed.」

「Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.」

「Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...

「The bath room is tiny; both the shower and the sink」
