“Staff was very friendly ”

“The Williamsburg Lodge is located right in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to use the car for 3 days. It is an older hotel but that is what gives it the cozy historical charm. ”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Everything was amazing you truly can’t ask for more. The only time we left the resort was to do some shopping. Otherwise it has everything you need and whatever you don’t you can DoorDash very easily. Very family friendly, kind and helpful staff, amazing amenities from boat/bike rentals to 3 different pools and golf cart rides to wherever you need to go. Anything you need you can just simply text them. We will be going again, I have nothing negative to say at all. ”

“It's such a nice place to stay. Very remote, yet convenient. Perfect for relaxing and it's immaculate. The rooms have a lovely view and the restaurant was delicious. ”

“We really enjoyed our one night stay and the staff were all fantastic. Breakfast has limited seating so be sure to get there early. Internet/wifi was spotty but was possibly due to stormy weather in the area. ”

“This is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory. ”
