Apartment Panorama - Eiderstrand

As soon as you enter, you immediately realize where the apartment has its name from. Very high ceilings, generously designed rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows to the south and west offer you the feeling of space and freedom.
This holiday apartment with its 84m² is ideal for 4-6 persons. You reach your holiday home in the newly opened upstairs via a separate entrance.
Whether the wide couch in front of the flat-screen TV, from which you have a magnificent view of the sunset and on the Eider or the cozy wing chair in front of the stove & # 133; In these rooms, everyone will find their favorite place. Especially the robust, child-safe bunk bed for two people in the western bedroom will quickly become an adventure land for the little ones.
A special eye-catcher is the second bedroom. Here, the deep odenwald green of the wall sets the tone that is softened by the bright, friendly furniture. Sleep becomes a dream in this room.
The common living and dining room has a comfortable fitted kitchen with dishwasher, which fulfills all wishes. At the large dining table you will find enough space for 6 people. Here you can spend game nights and extended meals while watching the boats go out on the Eider.

Holidays in Eiderstrand; Here you can dangle your soul. For this we have rebuilt the old village school in the small community Tielen. Located directly on the Eider, it offers today with its 5 modern apartments for young to old a place for a variety of recreational opportunities & # 150; whether active in sports or simply relaxed by the tranquility of nature.
The remodeling work in the house was completed in July 2018. It is u. a. a completely new upper floor with 3 apartments emerged.
The name of the accommodation results from the direct location on the small beach of Tielen, which was newly created in 2017. Immediately in front of the grounds of the apartments begins the beach. It is connected to the road by a footpath so that disturbing cars are far away. The little ones can so carelessly flit from the apartment to the beach and back.
The property has a beautiful lawn, the old fruit trees with something increased and with an unobstructed view to the south to Eider and of course can be used. Another lawn for romping is located along the driveway on the other side of the house. There are also parking spaces for cars and motorcycles directly at the house.
The storage rooms are accessible from the eider side comfortably and at ground level. Here you will find enough space for bicycles, fishing tackle or other objects. There is also a table football and a washing machine.
