"Location is good, close to Markthal, shopping street. Staff is helpful. Hotel is old and needs restoration like scratch marks on window pane and the rubber caulking is peeling off. Don't know what happened that Friday night. It seems cars were racing against each other. There were honking, backfiring, people shouting, yelling and went on till about 2am."

"Absolutely worthy for a 5 star rating! Staff was very accomodating and honoured our request of switching to a superior twin room from a superior double room. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and size much wider than a typical "twin". Enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The hotel staff were excellent, as there was no elevator, the lady at reception took our luggage to the room. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable but difficult for older people like us, 71 and 69 to get in and out of. Excellent location close to the central train station."

"The rooms are clean and compfortable. The gym is A+. I would say the main issue is the staff is a bit meh and the chairs in the main area are very uncomfotable. The hotel values form over function in the main shared area which is shiek but not best if your goal is laptop grinding. If you are traveling for work and don't care about having a gym, I think Hoteel M is superior for business travel."
