“It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. After waiting 90 minutes I returned to the attendant and questioned the HVAC situation, only to be told……

“Owner was very kind. He knew we were running a long trail race the next morning and got up an hour early so he could make coffee and put out breakfast for us at 5:30 am. We were so grateful!”

“I loved everything about this place. Great parking, it was so clean. Breakfast was included, and the Jacuzzi tub was great.”

“They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.”

“Very clean, friendly down to earth owners, have stayed at another place in town and this was 100% hands down a better experience. Motel 6 owners are honest which is more than I can say for their competitor”

“Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. We would not stay here again unless absolutely forced to, and……

“When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. ”

“You can't beat this day for the price and the location on that Highway if you're going to travel up north it's a convenience for one night's day maybe two the gentleman at the front desk located my truck and my vehicle on the safe place I'm very grateful for that well check out some photos”

“Upon arriving I was informed by reservation was changed. I was then told I had to pay an additional $40 for changes. The $100 hold has still not been refunded and I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. There was an inch of dust in the drawers, bed sheets stained with yellow substance. Splatter on the walls next to a bed, not sure I want to know what it was, AC not working properly. NO ELEVATOR!!!! Pool gave me and two of my kids staff infections…. And their “breakfast” is a waffle or stale……
