Soothing sounds of the creek
Enjoyed Iistening to the falls on Tiger Creek as it ran past the rear of the house. Had the windows open listening to it when we went to sleep. Many other options to enjoy the peaceful sounds that include the deck, and the fire pit.

The location was spectacular with the falls right out the back door! But it wasn't the cleanest and we had a hard time getting the thermostat to work. The WiFi is nearly non-existent (wouldn't even support the TV streaming), so that was a challenge. We work remotely and needed to be able to correspond with our clients via our computer. Also, the creek keeps it very damp down by the fire pit. If you are inexperienced in starting a fire, it could prove to be a challenge.

Comfortable Cabin with an Amazing View
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was comfortable and nice and you can't beat the view! I loved the rushing water and beautiful scenery! It was also located very conveniently off the highway and close to town! We definitely recommend it!

Perfect Spot
We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Falls. The location was perfect. Private, but close to everything. I did not like the fact that this was a Vacasa property listed through VRBO. We had some difficulty with them. In the future, I will make sure I am dealing with VRBO!

House had way to many spider webs on it and the decks to enjoy the outside. We enjoyed the Cascading Waterfall but mostly you can only see from the property... the lower half comes into the property and no trespassing beyond this point signs posted for the rest. Though it is right off the highway you can't hear the traffic above the noise of the cascading Falls except for the occasional air braking truck.

Wonderful cabin on the best piece of property ever!!
This cabin was awesome!! It is on a river/creek on a cascading waterfall. Tons if things to do in the area, bit the view and sound of that river was amazing. We enjoyed swimming too!

We all loved the river! The house was beautiful and well maintained. The only difficulties were a screen door that didn't quite fit properly (couldn't leave the door open to enjoy the breeze) and a dvd player that didn't work (but we had plenty of other distractions!). We are already planning our next trip to the property!

Charming vacation spot
The creek MAKES this house! As others have mentioned, the roar of the water drowns out any highway noise. The driveway is tricky but manageable. You are completely unaware of the close proximity to the road while you're there (inside or out). Tons of blankets, pillows, books, games and movies were welcoming and appreciated! Lamps would make everything extra cozy and comfy (I looked for one on the main floor to use in the living room but the only lamp is a clamp-on reading light on master bed). The kitchen is well stocked and roomy. The coffee maker is a k-cup/traditional brew pot combo. We hauled our Keurig up but didn’t need to. The wifi was very weak for us. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to bring the whole family (just hubby and me this time but we have 3 teens) unless the wifi was significantly upgraded. For example, I couldn't pop onto my laptop to check a few work things without the TV (Roku) freezing. Enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again!

Wonderful and relaxing stay
This cabin is a gem located on a gorgeous river with 3 levels of huge balconies! Each room had their own bathroom to have privacy if wanted. There was a surplus of supplies needed for a seamless stay, including tons of games, videos, and books to keep all ages of your family entertained. We would love to return for another stay!

Spacious and great for a group of friends or couples
The property was convenient to stores and restaurants, the house is large and the bedrooms are all private (except for the one in the open loft) and have their own baths. It’s perfect for a group of friends or couples who all want their own space. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The creek is beautiful and covers any road noise we might have otherwise heard. GPS getting here was a little confusing but we figured it out. I would stay here again.

The reviews posted here are missing so much!! The home is clean, well stocked and HUGE! We easily and comfortably housed two families with zero issues. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, and each has a balcony or deck access as well as waterfall/river views. The river was a constant source of soothing background noise and beauty- to say nothing of the endless hours the kids spent playing and exploring. The property is really large, complete with a walking trail to another creek on the property. The property is easily accessed by any size car or even motorcycle, and is close to shopping, hiking, waterfalls, quaint towns and endless dining options- but still quite secluded. My family found it wonderful and will absolutely try to visit again! Additionally, this was my first experience with Vacasa Homes, and I was nothing but impressed with their professionalism, communication and quick responses.

The river is absolutely beautiful. The cabin is right off the road - the driveway is step but the road noise wasn't too bad. The cabin is spacious, but it has a strong smell of moth balls. I could barely stand to be in the basement. There were dead bugs throughout the inside, especially in the basement. Otherwise the cabin was clean. The furniture was decent but old - the center chair of the sectional has a built in land-line phone, and there is a large vhs collection available to watch. All in all, beautiful spot with decent cabin.

The property is a bit dated but still nice. Not certain how often it gets guests, because it smelled old and had clouds of dust on the fans. There were lots of mosquitoes in the bedrooms on the lower level. The guests scheduled to sleep there slept on sofa beds. The river falls in the back were the best attraction and we loved hearing the water at night. I would suggest the property do a better job of the signage for their guests. It was a nightmare finding the entrance. It's too obscure a sign on such a busy road.

Water troubles, caution with a large group
It was just two of us staying for a quick getaway that we hoped was isolated. What the pictures don't show is you are very close the highway, and the porch literally has you looking into the neighbors across the creek. The big downside for us was that there was no water pressure. If a toilet was filling, the showers didn't work at all. You couldn't even use a shower and a sink at the same time or the shower would stop flowing. The shower upstairs was mostly a trickle even when nothing else was on. It made getting ready for dinner, or cleaning up after hiking frustrating, and it was just two of us. We were going to bring a boat, and luckily we didn't. The driveway stated that you could fit four cars, but they have to be parked in a line, and there is no easy way to back out a trailer, so don't bring one as even backing the truck out was a little frustrating. The house in general was nice, comfortable, and clean, but definitely the water situation made a quick getaway annoying for two people, so a larger group would have been very difficult

Beautiful and spacious hone was even decorated for Christmas when we arrived. Ample space for the family to spread out and teens to have space but to still have space to have meals and deck time together (when the weather cooperated) lots of both rooms but no bathtubs if you have littles but other than that, simple awesome space! Beautiful home with small cascading waterfalls. Rude neighbors with "Private Property" signs posted even across the waterfall to prevent exploring (nice). Grandsons loved swimming and playing in the water. Can't fish there. They also loved the ping pong table. Very close to the highway and semis did wake us up most nights. Bring your own firewood, paper plates, solo cups, storage containers, aluminum foil, etc. It may sleep 10 but it does not have the dishes or glassware for 10. Limited pots/pans also, certainly not enough if cooking for 10. Insects are a problem indoors also. Local Walmart is a joke on customer service and Google is not correct with delivery or curb side pick-up. Ingles also does not deliver despite Google saying they do. WIFI is DSL and very slow when all our devices were connected. Cell phone service is spotty. We had a great time but be prepared if planning meals to packing the kitchen/pantry or shopping 2 hours upon arrival.

This house was perfect for us. It had more room than we needed, the unique creek side location can't be beat and we loved that we could take our dog who is such an important part of our family. He was the hardest guest to convince to leave. The location was super convenient and the price is very fair for the size.

Had a wonderful vacation at Arrowhead Falls. It has a beautiful backyard with fire pit and waterfalls. Large home with plenty of room. we really enjoyed the pong pong and sitting on the back porch. Our young adult children went for a swim in the waterfalls. We went on many hikes in the area, just incredible scenery.

Large, Creekside Cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Tiger. It's worth noting that it is located immediately off the highway (our fault for not looking more closely at the map when booking), but we were glad the creek noise partially drowned out the highway noise. The location did make it easy to get to all the scenic places we planned to visit during our stay--SO many trails and waterfalls nearby! It's also worth noting the 10am Covid checkout; I read 11am somewhere and was surprised when housekeeping arrived at 10am. They worked with us, thankfully! The property is fun for kids with a good amount of frontage along an awesome rushing creek, wading and swimming, the creekside trail (we spotted a cool snake!), a fire pit, balconies, sprawling decks, a back deck swing, ping pong table, plenty of room to spread out, movie collection, lots of toys, and fun nooks for hide and seek. The master bed and bathroom were nice and spacious and the loft area was a hit with the kids. It is a short drive to pick up any groceries you might need and to attractions and restaurants like Goats on the Roof and Universal Join in downtown Clayton. Finally, wanted to note that the Internet was strong enough for me to host a Zoom meeting for my one work obligation on the trip with no interruptions to service. Lastly, I liked using the Vacasa app. It was my first time using it and everything we needed was communicated there.

Our family enjoyed our week long stay. I would recommend more than one trash can outside. The listing wasn’t clear about the number of bedrooms; there are 3 separate bedrooms plus the loft. We would definitely come back for another week next year.

Excellent stay my wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary I know a big house for just us two but it was great! We spent most of our time by the stream the air so nice in the 30's at nite 60 days after living inside the volcano ...we live in Florida so nice. It's still 90 in florida humidity feels like 105 in Oct.

Lovely Stay
My family and I rented the house for a weekend, and we all had a great time. The house is great for a large family or group of friends. Ir was so nice being able to hear the running creek, and the location was perfect. The only thing that could be improved were the bathrooms. One of bathroom doors was broken and another bathroom was missing a door. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Arrowhead falls
This cabin has it all,well kept on the inside, and sits on a gorgeous section of the river with the waterfalls. Be carefull by the river as we did see two large banded water snakes by the river, scary but not dangerous . If i was to make a recommendation, it would be to get rid of the ping pong table and install a pool table. I would stay here again .

Nice but has some issues
Cabin was nice and comfortable. However, there is a plumbing problem with downstairs toilet flooding. Property manager was helpful but 2 trips by plumber sort of fixed problems. Basement bedrooms smelled like sewage most of the time. WIFI did not work for several days and when it did it was too slow and television service was nonexistent the whole week.
